Frizington thank sponsors for their season of support

FRIZINGTON RLFC have thanked all the sponsors that have supported the club during the 2007/08 season.
Pictured are two of the sponsors, Brian’s Taxis and Mill Garage, presenting kits to representatives of the club.
Other sponsors for this season include: Thwaites Brewery, Stuart Graham Plastering, Irving’s Joinery & Funeral Director, Stephen Burns’ Bookmakers, Paul’s Wines, Frizington Post Office, Thompson’s Bakery, Mickey’s Taxis, The Cutting Room, Dave’s Services, Speedy Lifting, Tony Stones Construction, Home Housing, Elliot and Black, The Moor Chippy, Farrell Sports, Tom Vernon Painter & Decorator, Lee Kelly Building Services, and Frizington White Star Club.
The club’s end of season presentation night is on Saturday, June 7 at the White Star Club with a 7.30pm start.
Also planned is a gentleman’s evening on Friday, August 15, when the guest speaker is ex-Wigan star Terry O’Connor.
