HOW THEY MET: Have worked together at Eddie Stobart Ltd since 1999 and got together in Jan 2005.

PROPOSAL: On holiday in San Francisco in September 2008.

VENUE: St Mary’s Church, Ennerdale.

THEME: Chocolate and pistachio.

BRIDE’S OUTFIT: A strapless ivory Serenity bridal gown with silver embroidery, pearl and diamante floral detail and full train, and cathedral length veil with ivory floral embroidery detail from Cumbria Bridal, Whitehaven. A diamante tiara with matching bracelet and earrings from I Do, Cockermouth.

GROOMSMEN: The groom’s friend Colin Yeoman was best man. The bride’s brother Robert Hinde, the groom’s brother Brian Audley and nephew Ryan Audley were ushers.

They wore chocolate brown suits with Prince Edward jackets, cream waistcoats with gold detail and chocolate brown rouches from Greenwoods.

BRIDESMAIDS: The bride’s sister Christine Eeles was matron of honour and wore a Hilary Morgan pistachio dress from Beaus and Belles, Workington. Lauren Moore and the groom’s niece Cerys Knight were bridesmaids and wore pistachio dresses specially made to match Christine’s dress by Beaus and Belles.

FLOWERS: The bride carried a cascade of lilies and vanilla sky roses, from Perfectly Planted, Gosforth.

TRANSPORT: A cream Beauford open top from A Touch of Class, Workington and a white Rolls Royce borrowed from family friend Robert Daglish.

RECEPTION: Pimms and canapes at Sella Park House Hotel, Calderbridge for 48 close family and friends followed by a hot and cold buffet and an evening reception for 150 guests.

TABLE SETTINGS: Vases on mirror plates filled with green beads and lit from inside with white LEDs and large chocolate and pistachio flowers in the top, made by the bride.

FAVOURS: Thorntons chocolates for the ladies and miniature whisky for the men at daytime reception. Tied cream and chocolate organza with chocolate and apple flavour bon bons handmade by the bride with help from the Crafty Workshop, Workington and given out by the bride to the ladies in the evening.

CAKE: A three-tier sponge and fruit cake with yellow roses and pistachio detail made by Susan Watson, a friend of the bride’s mother Helen Hinde.

FIRST DANCE: You’re the Inspiration, Chicago.

ENTERTAINMENT: Live band The Reason from Barrow and disco by Dynamic Discos, from Harrington.

HONEYMOON: Edinburgh.
