STEP by Step Education is an independent, family-run supply teaching agency who specialise solely in the education sector.
They pride themselves on providing a personal, professional and friendly service and promise all teachers that from the moment that they register their personal consultant will be working hard ensuring all the vetting checks have been completed in line with the DCFS guidelines. They will then receive confirmation of their acceptance.
Schools can rest assured that their consultant will be working tirelessly to find the most suitable teacher to suit their requirements, safe in the knowledge that all vetting checks have been completed with a Vetting Checklist electronically sent on confirmation of the teacher being placed.

When working on supply you can gain new skills, broaden your experiences and develop new strategies.
